UK Postage
How long does delivery take?
We want to get your goods to you as soon as possible. We ensure that your order is packed up and in the post within 24 hours.
The UK postage service we use is Royal Mail 2nd Class. Like all businesses, coronavirus may have a negative impact on some parcels getting delivered on time, but the guideline for this service is two to three days.
So, you could have your goods within 4 days from when you ordered. However, please be patient and consider that there may be some postal service delays.
Where is My Order?
If you have not received your goods, there may be numerous reasons.
1—Did your order or payment go through successfully?
· Check your emails to ensure you receipt has come through (sometimes this will be in your spam or junk folder)
· If paying by PayPal, you may need to check your payment was made.
2— Has there been enough time for delivery?
· Delivery should occur within 4 days, but some postal delays should have occurred. If it hasn’t arrived within 7 working days, please contact us. Please email us sales@hangingbasketliners.co.uk Let us know your name, address, and phone number and we will be in touch to resolve this issue.
3—Has it been received by neighbours or your postal depot?
· The postman should leave a card, but these can be misplaced. A call to your depot may confirm that your delivery is with them. Still no where to be found? 4—Can I choose a postal service?
Royal Mail is our chosen Postal Service for UK deliveries. If for some reason this is not an option for your address, please email us you details and we can try and arrange an alternative provider. sales@hangingbasketliners.co.uk
Do you Send Goods to Outside of the UK?
Our primary market is within the UK, but we can sell to Europe or the rest of the world. Please email us your enquiry to sales@hangingbasketliners.co.uk and we will let you know the costs of delivery and likely postal times.
